Leon was born in Jersey and has worked in the finance industry in different accounting roles for the past 15 years, since he became part qualified when obtaining his Accounting Technician qualification (CAT) in 2002.

He then joined a local financial services provider where he stayed for approximately seven years. He originally joined as a bookkeeper within the real estate department, where he also started his ACCA studies and progressed onto doing accounts preparation work and carried out both bookkeeping and accounts preparation duties within this department for about 3 years. Leon then moved to the corporate department within the same firm in a accountant role. Leon finished his ACCA exams in 2011 and was admitted as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2012.

After obtaining his ACCA qualification and taking some time out to do some travelling, Leon joined a wealth management business as a management accountant within the internal finance department, where he stayed for just over three years. He then moved back to a client accounting role as an assistant manager with another local financial services provider in the corporate real estate department where he stayed for 10 months, before finishing to pursue setting up his own company.

Leon was recently recognised as a fellow member of ACCA with FCCA status.
